El proyecto redactado por BASA Arquitectura y que ostenta el honor de ser el que mayor subvenci\u00f3n ha recibido del IDAE en el a\u00f1o 2.016 est\u00e1 siendo ejecutado por TEUSA. Un proyecto en el que se cambiar\u00e1 la imagen del edificio, dot\u00e1ndole de una nueva fachada compuesta de SATE y de fachada ventilada cer\u00e1mica.
